No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts or similar services.

Hosting & server logs

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical information (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in server log files. This data is required to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.

Inquiries by email

The inquiry form does not send any data to our server. It only prepares an email in your own email program. If you send it, we process your details (name, contact data, travel dates, number of guests, pets, message) solely to answer your inquiry and, if applicable, to carry out your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Online booking

For online bookings we link to the booking engine of Rentl.io. When you use it, your data is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.

Weather data

The current air and sea temperature is retrieved by our server from Open-Meteo.com and cached. Your browser only contacts our own website; no personal data is passed on to Open-Meteo.

Google Maps

We only link to Google Maps. Data is transferred to Google only if you click on the link.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Croatia: AZOP, azop.hr). To exercise your rights, simply email us.
