Tepli Bok – literally “the warm side” – is a quiet cove just outside the old town of Primošten. Our house sits directly above the sea: from every apartment, stairs wind down through the Mediterranean garden to a shared pool with sun terrace and self-service bar, and on to the small pebble beach below.
A seaside promenade leads from the house to the charming old town and the main town beach – an easy 15-minute walk. Whether you come as a couple, a family or with friends: we look forward to welcoming you.

What is the difference between the apartments and the rooms?
